I'm in the middle of an installation job and have just realised I don't have enough cables to complete it. Can you get me what I need by tomorrow so I can finish the job on time?
We offer lightning quick turnaround with same-day dispatch as a priority. We carry nearly every product we sell in our warehouse, so almost all products are available for immediate shipping. In almost all cases, we can have your order packed and delivered next business day when you order in-stock items by 2pm.
I'm working on a very specific job that requires varied cable lengths. Do you supply made-to-measure lengths?
Yes. We can custom manufacture cabinets and/or cables to specific lengths, sizes and types to meet your individual needs.
I'm not sure exactly what I need. Can you help me?
We have technically trained sales staff so, as our customer, you don't even have to know exactly what you need before you call us. We can talk you through the process and help you figure out what you need. We don't have any minimum order quantities, you could order 1 or 1000 cables, either way we are just happy to help.
I am a wholesaler and am worried that my customers will simply buy products from you directly. How do you stop this from happening?
We protect our wholesale clients from the risk that your end users (your customers) will shop directly online for themselves. We do this by supplying our products in unbranded packages, complete with generic labels that have no website or contact information on them. The packaging still looks very professional, but it helps to prevent your customers from purchasing from us directly.
What if I only need a few items to finish a job?

We can talk you through the process and help you figure out what you need. We don't have any minimum order quantities, you could order 1 or 1000 cables, either way we are just happy to help.
How can I be sure that your products are up to the job?
At 4Cabling our products are manufactured following globally recognised processes, and 4Cabling itself is proud to be an ISO 9001 Certified organisation. Our copper leads are ETL verified. This means that they meet strict manufacturing guidelines and performance standards. We meet the highest industry international criteria for quality assurance in the manufacturing of our 4Cabling brand of Server Racks, Network Cables and Fibre Optic Cables.
What is the warranty on your products?
All 4Cabling branded products, including server racks, patch panels, patch leads, fibre, and other peripherals are backed by a 3 Year Warranty, limited to manufacturer fault. This excludes tools and brackets. Proof of purchase is necessary, for details, please consult our sales team or customer service to instigate the process at sales@4cabling.co.nz.
4Cabling warrants that the products registered under our 1-year warranty:
- Free from material and workmanship defects for a period of 1 year from the date of installation
- Will meet and/or exceed the performance requirements of the industry standards as outlined in the TIA/EIA - 568 - B/1 and 2
